DMGE is a first-class operation. Satisfaction with a service is always somewhat dependent on your expectations -- thus a vendor always want to "under-promise and over-deliver." I will say our expectations going into this project were very high, and remarkably, David and his team managed to exceed them. At the onset, David told us that he would touch and improve every square inch of our property. This was not an exaggeration. No stone was left unturned. Every phase of the project was top-notch -- site preparation, construction, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, custom fountain fabrication, bed preparation. Another thing I thought might be an exaggeration on the front end of the project -- DMGE works on a single project at a time, and your project is given their complete attention. David said he would be on site every day. He was. David said he was readily available by text or email. He was (and still is). The DMGE full time staff is great. We contracted with David Morello Enterprises to oversee a complex, multi-layered backyard renovation and pool project. The project included garden and pool design, new fencing, sewerage renovations, gas line installation, a new drainage system, pool, irrigation system, floor tiling, and planting of a new garden. We knew we were in good hands from the beginning when David produced both a detailed plan view and 3D drawings of the design, plus a thoughtful layout of the different steps for the construction process. His attention to detail was welcomed. Prior to construction he assured us that he and his staff would be very respectful of our neighbors and would keep noise and equipment blocking streets to a minimum. Not only did he fulfill on that promise, he also distributed notices to all our neighbors to notify them that we would be doing some construction.
